When something new comes off the Marshfield Farm production line, it tends to be worth the wait. We’ve been making ice cream on our regenerative family farm near Bath since 1988, and we’ve never been ones to rush a good thing.
So, when we say Moment has been worth the wait, we really do mean it.
What is a Moment?
Moment is our take on classic hand-held ice cream bars. The difference? Real dairy ice cream, made with fresh milk from our own British Friesian cows, milked just 50 steps from where the ice cream is made, dipped in a satisfyingly cracking chocolate shell, made with sustainably sourced chocolate.
Simple? Absolutely. That’s the point.
We wanted to create something you could pull straight from the freezer and enjoy without a second thought. No compromises on quality, no mystery ingredients, and no wondering where it came from. Because with Marshfield Farm, you’ll always know exactly that.

Moment launches with three flavours; each one built around the classics we’ve been perfecting for over 35 years.
Vanilla Clotted Cream dipped in Milk Chocolate.
Our original and bestselling Vanilla Clotted Cream ice cream, dipped in a cracking milk chocolate shell. Smooth, creamy, and exactly what a proper ice cream bar should taste like.
Vanilla Clotted Cream dipped in White Chocolate.
The same much-loved ice cream paired with a crisp white chocolate coat.
Salted Caramel dipped in Milk Chocolate.
Our best-selling Salted Caramel ice cream, complete with a salted caramel ripple, dipped in cracking milk chocolate and finished with crunchy caramel pieces. The kind of thing that disappears faster than you’d like.
Made the Right Way, From Start to Finish
Every Moment bar is made from start to finish on our family farm in the Cotswolds. The milk comes from our own herd. The factory runs on renewable energy, wood pellet boilers and solar panels. The chocolate is sustainably sourced. And we’re proud to be both B Corp certified and RSPCA Assured. None of that is an afterthought. It’s just how we do things. We’ve been farming this land for three generations now, and we’d quite like to carry on doing so. Every decision we make, on the farm and in the factory, has that in mind.
